If you're not completely satisfied with your item, we accept returns up to 14 days after your purchase has delivered to you.

CANCELLING ORDERS

Absolutely no cancellations are allowed at any time. Once an order is placed, we immediately have our wonderful craftswomen start selecting stones and preparing to handmake your order. We are unable to interrupt that process for a cancellation.
