Your jewelry is handmade to appear delicate but our techniques and materials are designed for durability. The best way to care for your jewelry is to store it in a cool, dry place or use the bespoke box and pouch included in your order. Even though our fine metal plating techniques are designed to resist tarnish, the plastic resealable bag that comes with most items is designed to protect against any discoloration. Please use caution when using lotions, sunscreens or any other creams, oils or perfumes. Some chemicals can disrupt the color of the fine metals we use.

We accept returns up to 30 days after your jewelry is delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free return shipping labels. Please contact us directly to exchange your items. We're happy to work with you on selecting a different style.

We're happy to credit your original form of payment for items that are shipped back to us in their original condition. Please include the packing slip that came with your order to expedite your refund.
